Before you donate

We are grateful for suitable donations from former students, teachers, coaches, families, community members, and staff. Because storage and preservation resources are limited, not every item can be accepted.

Collection fit

The archives may decline materials outside its collecting scope or suggest a more appropriate archival repository.

Condition and storage

Items whose physical condition prevents safe storage cannot be accepted.

Duplicates and space

Donated materials may be reviewed for duplication, available space, and relevance. Donors of collections or papers will be contacted when an object will not be retained.
